FIND OUT WHAT YOU SHOULD DO
TOGETHER WE CAN STOP THE SPREAD
If you have been identified as someone at risk of severe illness if you catch Coronavirus, you are advised to stay at home at all times and avoid all face to face contact for at least twelve weeks from today, except from carers and healthcare workers who you must see as part of your medical care.
This will protect you by stopping you from coming into contact with the virus.
If you do not have contacts who can help support you to get food and medicine, please call 0800 0288 327, the governments dedicated help line or go to http://www.gov.uk/coronavirus-extrenely-vulnerable.
Due to the COVID 19 pandemic we want to protect our patients and staff, and for your safety we are changing the way we manage your care to reduce unnecessary trips to the surgery. It is very important that you do not attend the surgery unless invited to an appointment
if you have symptoms associated with coronavirus, including a new continuous cough or a high temperature within the last 7 days then please do not attend the surgery – if well, you are advised to stay at home for 7 days – if you are unsure or your symptoms get worse then use the NHS 111 online coronavirus service that can tell you if you need further medical help and advise you what to do. Only call 111 directly, if you cannot go online, or are advised to do so by the online service.
For all other queries please consider using our online portal – Econsult - available on the surgery website – or stay on the line to book a telephone call or video call with a GP. Prescriptions should be collected from your chosen pharmacy. For your safety and the safety of our other patients, please only attend the surgery if you have been asked to come for an appointment
Thank you for your patience.
